Hyundai Eon launched – ex-showroom Prices
Hyundai’s next big thing, touted to be the Maruti Alto killer, Hyundai Eon, has been launched today, priced at Rs.2.69 lakhs ex-showroom Delhi onwards. Hyundai Eon is powered by an 814c, 3-cylinder, SOHC petrol engine that has got a maximum power of 56 PS at 5500 rpm and a maximum torque of 7.6 kgm at 4000 rpm. The Hyundai Eon comes with an amazing fuel efficiency of 21.1 kmpl according ARAI figures.
Based on the Hyundai’s Fluid Design Philosophy, the exterior of Hyundai Eon features the now-familiar Hyundai hexagonal grille, sweptback headlamps, half-moon shaped tail lamps and integrated spoiler. Other features include keyless entry, 2-Din audio with aux-in and USB support, tilt steering and driver-side airbags.
The Hyundai Eon will be available in 6 variants:
- Hyundai Eon D-Lite - Rs. 2.69
- Hyundai Eon D-Lite Optional - Rs. 2.91
- Hyundai Eon Era - Rs. 3.11
- Hyundai Eon Magna - Rs. 3.26
- Hyundai Eon Magna Optional - Rs. 3.46
- Hyundai Eon Sportz - Rs. 3.71
