Hero Honda atlast came with the most awaited bike of the year-Karizma ZMR with new fuel injection technology.The new Karizma will not replace the old one but will remain and compete side by side against Pulsar 220,Apache 180 and Yamaha R15.The price of the new Karizma is little high compared to Bajaj Pulsar 220 but is far excellent when compared with technology and quality.The Hero Honda engineers tried to give new Karizma a muscular look and atleast in case of the front look,they succeeded in it.
New Karizma ZMR comes with lot of changes and the most prominent is the introduction of Programmed Fuel Injection(PGM-Fi) engine instead of old carburettor series.Additional changes such as rear disc brakes,new gas charged rear shockabsorber etc are also effective.In terms of design and look,the first noticable change is the new looking full front fairing with excellent graphic works.Inorder to give a modern look,the rear view mirrors are mounted to this front fairing and LED lights decorates the taillight.
Hero Honda also gave lot of importance to the instrument cluster by giving a full digital meter which even shows the real time fuel consumption.Clock,speedometer,trip-meter,etc are also included to the meter.The illumination looks stunning during night and will not irritate the eyes during the ride.

Hero Honda Karizma comes with 223 cc fuel injection engine and has a top speed of 126 kmph.This bike takes only 3.7 seconds to reach 0 – 60 km speed.This figures are insufficient as we consider the figures of Pulsar 220.It has a top speed of 144 kmph and holds the fastest Indian bike position.The new PGM-Fi technology is technically excellent and this helps new karizma to achieve fantastic pick up and fuel economy.
