Ford India has decided to add to Ford Figo
Ford India’s success story – the Figo is doing reasonably well in the hatchback segment. Despite of new entrants like the Swift, Brio and Liva, the Figo has managed to hold on to a respectable 5000 units a month. But with the competition getting stiffer, Ford India is not going to fold its hands. The company has decided to add more features to the Figo to snatch some competitor’s customers.
Ford-Figo
Ford India has decided to add:
• Tilt steering on ZXI and Titanium variants
• USB port for the 2 DIN stereo on ZXI and Titanium variants
• Alloy wheels on top end Titanium variants
The features will be available on both Petrol and Diesel models. The price difference is only significant in the Titanium variants because of the Alloy wheels. The prices of the titanium variants have been jacked up by Rs 20,000. Other variants are more or less the same price band.
